Hi there, Bhav again.<br><br>Just wanted to say thanks to all those who shared their thoughts on INVITATION. I showed the Boss all of your comments and his conclusion is that self-selection is the ideal scenario, however a lot of the business world are not there yet, and so it is still ok to use OST in situations where people have not self-selected to at least get them started on the journey towards true INVITATION. And like someone said, you can be there and still not be there...<br>
