<div><br></div><div>It's an odd and interesting experience - I balance my feelings of 'oh it is so American to create a marketplace where it's all about the fastest and the most'' to 'oh I see they are noticing this, starting somewhere with good intention and the best design they know - and that is how everyone learns when they try or start new things. And gee how amazing they are trying something U.S. government has never done before to invite ideas for innovation and engagement'. Sure, they'll improve, and many people are offering great feedback. But wow - this is refreshing and fascinating...</div>
