experience of not understanding a large part of what was going on in the
meeting. For me, it makes it much more likely that I can pull off
Harrison's advice to "do one less thing" as the facilitator.

matter, loses some participants along the way. Thank goodness we embrace
this in Open Space so that, as facilitators, we can continue to hold the
space and therefore, not take their leaving personally. I must admit, it
still feels strange to me too because of the way my mama raised me. But I
have become quite fond of those bumblebees and butterflies.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>

focus for the meeting was on an old mill which is where my family and I are

whilst the meeting durated but not part of the meeting.<BR>I did not understand

I was going to come back to close the space two of the main partisipants got up
and left to go home...<BR>I was shocked at first but then reminded my self of

Zealand by a friend for his buisness.<BR>The facilitator (not me) took part in
the meeting and made the opening of the space the most dull miserable experiance
possible.<BR> <BR>i stopped attending.<BR> <BR>I always make a point
of making the opening circle a light interesting affair.<BR> <BR>Thank you
