</span>The phrase does have its limitations but it is certainly still being

story of such a use with an executive and then a management team is in the Handbook
of Large Group Methods by Barbara Bunker and Billie Alban (2006) and there are
others there as well. <span style='mso-spacerun:yes'> </span>You can also

style='mso-spacerun:yes'> </span>I would call that use of OST strategic
engagement (even more than strategic thinking). It is developing “plans”
or strategies to implement directions or vision together with the commitments

and the implementation momentum are developed at the same time.<span
