that the discussions were not “evidence based” and up to their

are not ready to let go of what they perceive as control (best practice). <o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

of OST (circle, walking, bells, etc) as fitting “green culture”.<span

style='mso-spacerun:yes'> </span>Ken Wilber is right in calling it “mean
green” because there has been a lot of putting down of those who are at
different places in their journey.<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'>
</span>Many younger folks, IT folks and <span class=GramE>others,</span> have
experienced substantial individual openness through the web.<span
style='mso-spacerun:yes'> </span>There has been a shift from “green”
collective perspectives towards more individual openness but collaboration.<span
style='mso-spacerun:yes'> </span>I can see why <span class=SpellE>Kaliya</span>,
your organization would react the way its does and that a journey of learning was
necessary to “accept” the value of a circle.<span
style='mso-spacerun:yes'> </span>It is also true that your presence,
style, openness to circles and beyond also enables the learning journey or
not.<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'> </span><o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
