together a planning group to prepare the OST meeting, tentatively<BR>titled "Screwing in a Light Bulb, Making it Happen: Issues and<BR>Opportunities." and to write an engaging, inspiring invitation to this new<BR>vortex-opening OST meeting.<BR><BR>...coach and mentor the facilitator working with the planning group<BR><BR>...shadow consult the one facilitator working with the planning group<BR><BR>...open space at the preparation stage to ensure that the diverse group<BR>will be able to successfully self-manage the translation and interpreting<BR>at the event and also to address disability access and literacy issues for<BR>the meeting.<BR><BR>...open and hold space for the event<BR><BR>...assist the spaceholder in napping<BR><BR>...assist at the event with heavy duty logistics like picking up coffee<BR>cups and drawing butterflies and posters with inscriptions like
