Leadership Forum at my Siberian Academy for Public administration in
Novosibirsk with up to 100 participants from 15 countries of the world
9including Estonia) and many regions of Russia 3-6th of May. on 3d of May
we had a 3 hours OST sessions with theme: Leaders and Public
Service:issues and opportunities. And today we have a 3 hours OST" Preparing
leaders for the Future: issues and opportunities". We opened a new vortex here.
