<P>It is because you take the time and the care to share so generously that we all learn a great deal, whatever our OS experience. I will leave others with more experience to respond more fully to your question about responsibility. My own experience is that responsibility-taking is a natural impulse from people who are committed and motivated by the theme...it cannot be coerced, nor can it be forcefully excluded. For me, the invitation to take responsibility is a very important part of OS as it enables people to grow to their full height in relation to the theme. </P>
