Hi everyone,<br>

I'm in a situation where I want to suggest that we deal with the issue

using OST.<br>

<br>

In the school my son attends, we are in a major discussion around funds

and fundraising. The more people talk about it, the more complex the

issue becomes. There is conflict between the parents about the extent

of fundraising activities, there conflict between the teachers and

parents about use of the funds and the list goes. This issue is so

multifaceted that it seems OST would be ideal.<br>

I trying to find a way of proposing the idea in a way that people will

actually consider it. Does anyone have any ideas?<br>

If there was a SHORT example or story available online that would

illustrate the process and the outcome (in a similar environment) that

may be very useful.<br>
