sharing knowledge, challenges and best practices regarding HIV/AIDS (at the International
AIDS Conferences) and San Francisco State University’s Institute for
Holistic Healing Studies – where students and faculty explored </span></font>opportunities
and issues and areas of learning they wish to include in their programs.
Now I am working with a partnership of university-based clinicians and
researchers seeking to improve information and practice for pain management of
prison inmates – we will be using Open Space for knowledge / challenges /
best practices / skills exchange and networking amongst the clinician staff of
the 9 prisons involved in this program (and also holding talking circles with
inmates if we can to inform this study – the closest thing to OS I can
get into prison at this time..)</span></font></p>
