Dialogue, I shared how much I was touched by the openness, joy and deep
sense of gratitude that permeated our time together. 80
people from 15 countries connected hearts, minds and spirits in deep
cafe conversations. And, to my delight, bodies were well cared for
too. Inspired by the musicians among us and our friends from Brazil, we
danced and hiked and climbed the hills around breathtakingly beautiful Tomales
Bay, CA. </SPAN></FONT></DIV>

open, appreciative, strategic conversations and large scale social
change. We can consciously watch for opportunities to work together
for large scale impact. In the near future, we will know
which initiatives need and would welcome our help or which projects WE want
to initiate. The Open Space, World Cafe and Appreciative Inquiry
communities (among many other communities of practice) are poised and we
know how to self-organize. I can't wait to see what will come
calling. </SPAN></FONT></DIV>
