and positive future creation can really access the passion of this group and

initiatives, can bring out some of the real day-to-day frustrations and barriers
to excellence that providers experience (creating an impetus to explore “legitimate

is? Where is the heart of this community? Where is the heart of the
service provision community? Where are the connections/disconnections to
