international -- and what I've seen is the same. Interestingly often the
power differentials come up after the sessions have started. And many are
posted and not discussed. I remember two young women coming out arm in arm
in an intergenerational OST I did around Community Visioning -- they marched
right up to me and confirmed they could still post a topic and then wrote
