<DIV style="FONT: 10pt arial">Today I realized that I had done the ultimate 

Open Space meeting.</DIV>

<DIV style="FONT: 10pt arial">A unusual thing about this meeting, was the 

bed, that was placed towards one of the walls in the big conference 

room. I tried it.</DIV>

<DIV style="FONT: 10pt arial">At the end of the conference I found out that 

there weren´t any reports, which I of course immediately justified with the 

comment that they probably didn´t need them anyhow and the participants seemed 

quite content. I also realized that there had been no finishing circle. Odd....

<DIV style="FONT: 10pt arial">When talking to one of the guys I realized that I 

had been sleeping all through the meeting. (The ultimate letting 

go!) </DIV>

<DIV style="FONT: 10pt arial">Laughing hysterically I told him that I was 

going to tell about this on the OS listserve, which I </DIV>

<DIV style="FONT: 10pt arial">just now did.  (I am eagerly looking forward 

to the follow up-meeting, which hopefully will happen this night.)</DIV>
