recommend to try to persuade your sponsor to spend another, at least, half day
for action planning. I have sometimes managed to have them add another half day
maybe a week or two later. Once we posted all reports in the corridor in the
meantime where the participants voted on what issues they were most passionate
about. I think that was good to keep the energy until the next
meeting.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>

times I have had a facilitated follow up meeting shortly after where those who
brought the top-priority issues ut, are especially invited to join the planning
committee(that is, we have ended the one-day OS-meeting with convergence -

provides end of life care and bereavement support in my community. They
have taken the courageous step of choosing OST for their strategic planning
process, but can only manage a single day. I have advised them that they
will get deep discussion of all issues of concern to anybody there and that
some next steps will be possible, but not full action plans. I am
turning to you, dear more experienced colleagues, for your advice on how to
transition into next steps/commitments/action planning at the end of
the day. Any experiences and tales you have of one-day events would be
