</B><FONT COLOR="#333333">To be selected for an award an organization must meet the following criteria :<BR>

</SPAN></FONT><SPAN STYLE='font-size:12.0px'>have at least 60 full-time employees and be at least five years old<BR>
</SPAN></FONT><SPAN STYLE='font-size:12.0px'> </SPAN><FONT COLOR="#333333"><FONT SIZE="5"><SPAN STYLE='font-size:16.0px'> <BR>
</SPAN></FONT><SPAN STYLE='font-size:12.0px'>demonstrate both vertical and horizontal dimensions of Spirituality are demonstrated at the organization<BR>
</SPAN></FONT><SPAN STYLE='font-size:12.0px'> </SPAN><FONT COLOR="#333333"><FONT SIZE="5"><SPAN STYLE='font-size:16.0px'> <BR>
</SPAN></FONT><SPAN STYLE='font-size:12.0px'>have sustained the explicitly spiritual project, policy or practice being acknowledged for at least one year<BR>
</SPAN></FONT><SPAN STYLE='font-size:12.0px'> </SPAN><FONT COLOR="#333333"><FONT SIZE="5"><SPAN STYLE='font-size:16.0px'> <BR>
</SPAN></FONT><SPAN STYLE='font-size:12.0px'>have a long term commitment to continuing Spirit at Work initiatives.<BR>
</SPAN></FONT><SPAN STYLE='font-size:12.0px'> </SPAN><FONT COLOR="#333333"><FONT SIZE="5"><SPAN STYLE='font-size:16.0px'> <BR>
</SPAN></FONT><SPAN STYLE='font-size:12.0px'>be considered exemplary in its commitment to Spirit at Work.<BR>
