a related idea brewing. That the annual global conference of a profession or
other mega-events need Fringes, and open space is the original Fringe that gets

not official yet but we hope to have got a breakthrough where a conventional annual
conference organiser of 3000 members has decided they want a Fringe track. <o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
