<P class=RTE><FONT color=#009933>I do not find your mail, but as I remember you asked me about my thought regarding magic and my experiences and understanding creation of magic atmosphere.</FONT></P>
<P class=RTE><FONT color=#009933>I needed some time to think. I expressed my feelings without knowing the reason. Difficult to clarify what was in the facilitator's behavior or appearance or something else what helped me to feel the magical atmosphere. I tried to list things and organized my feelings.</FONT></P>
<P class=RTE><FONT color=#009933>The firs magic came on my first OS experiences: First of all I fully trusted the person without questioning his knowledge, capability, skills etc. I was convinced that something good will happen, I was very curious.... So I think I was open for any good. - Openness, I think, is very important to be able to feel the magic.</FONT></P>
<P class=RTE><FONT color=#009933>Second it was totally different. I am a very dynamic person, all of my work before was doing a lot, running, burning on 200 degrees at leas, etc. I was touched by the slowness, the calmness (I have to admit it was difficult to slow down) and the effectiveness without burning out.</FONT></P>
<P class=RTE><FONT color=#009933>But let's go back to the preparation. I was part of the facilitation team (as a project coordinator, I was who paid for the OS facilitation, but I took the learning position and I worked in the facilitation team). I was amazed by the preciosity of the preparation. Creativity came out when we needed to change the room, to use all the equipments, furniture in different way. At the end of the day we were very tired, but chairs were settled in a perfect circle, all flipcharts were written in a beautiful way, creatures were just wonderful, not computerized, made by hands. My limited English doesn't find the right word, the room was clear, tidy, innocent. I was very excited to start next day.</FONT></P>
<P class=RTE><FONT color=#009933>In the next two days we had enough stress inside. Will it happen as it was told to us? We also had little problems. Never mind, at the end everything went as it is in the BOOK. It just happened.</FONT></P>
<P class=RTE><FONT color=#009933>The facilitators outlook and behavior:</FONT></P>

<LI><FONT color=#009933>it was respectful for participants and for us facilitation team members</FONT></LI>
<LI><FONT color=#009933>it was very calm, keeping distance but being ready to listen and understand</FONT></LI>
<LI><FONT color=#009933>I followed his preparation (thinking, walking in the room, may be meditating), which was just powerful to me</FONT></LI></UL></DIV>
<P><FONT color=#009933>AND MOST IMPORTANTLY: He used the BELL (this was the first time when I heard Nepal bell next to me)</FONT></P>
<P><FONT color=#009933>On the OS, where I didn't feel the magic, I was a participant. The facilitator didn't seem to be confident enough. I liked the setting very much, it was different, happy, colorful and I was open for something good. I think I started to be disappointed with the opening speech. It wasn't strong enough. BUT I have to admit, everything was told what need to be tell in an opening speech. The other thing, the facilitator didn't use the nepali bell. A normal bell what we used in the school when there was no electricity replaced the nepali bell. And also I was not grabbed by the topic. I went to the OS, because I wanted to meet friends, wanted to be part of an OS, but the topic was not close enough to me. ONE OF THE GOOD things was of this OS, that I realized that OS works and it can happen without the "ideal" facilitation. Also I became braver to think about my own facilitation.</FONT></P>
<P><FONT color=#009933>When I am ending... just came to my mind: Magic is in us. Insight and it is just up to us whether we can let it to come out or not. What do you think?</FONT></P>

<DIV></DIV>>For those of you who may be interested in coming to this, are there any
