<DIV><FONT color=#339966></FONT></DIV><FONT color=#339966>When I mentioned my magic experiences, I thought about special OS events. I do not have too many, but I have some experiences participating or being in the facilitation team or co-facilitating OS. </FONT>

<DIV><FONT color=#339966></FONT></DIV><FONT color=#339966>In some OS events I felt that there is something specific in the air. The facilitator created space for magic and I felt it all over during the whole event. Other time I experienced that the facilitator didn't created some extra atmosphere. She/he was just simple like us, doing her introduction as a normal speech opening the space very simply. First I missed the magic and I was a bit disappointed. Later I recognised that it was a very important experience in my professional development. </FONT>
<DIV></DIV><FONT color=#339966>I understood that I have to develop my own style and it can be full with magic what I create, how I create. </FONT>

<P><FONT color=#339966>I do believe that <FONT color=#cc0033>"Individual wisdom and collective wisdom interwoven"</FONT> is a magic for people who didn't experienced it before, but I believe that there are some elements, the facilitator's personality, the way how he/she appears in the circle how he/she is invisible during the whole event, which give the magic what I felt. </FONT></P>
