I'm with Chris on this one. Moving right into Open Space Friday night
will encourage those in the group who wonder if Open Space will really
work. And beginning and then having an overnight for people to incubate
on what they have heard will indeed help them to go deeper on Saturday.
The stories that need to be told will come out in the small groups, where they
can add momentum to what the group is working on. And by the closing
circle Saturday afternoon, there will be some new stories to be
told.

Best of luck on this great project!

Joelle
