may have seen in my other posting I am doing such a subgroup meeting soon
(joke:-), well it´s a meeting with the top of the schoolsystem which could be
one way to start... </FONT></SPAN></DIV>
<DIV><SPAN class=103251011-11112004><FONT face=Arial color=#0000ff size=2>About
the only time I will consider a pre-subgroup-OSmeeting is when teachers and
schoolkids will meet. I had similair experiences that teachers got worried and
wanted to "help" the meeting/the kids. The answer was obvious from the kids - I
can do this myself. And as we all know they do! Well of course there are
teachers and there are teachers. I met some teachers who really loved it and
just followed the flow enjoying the energy released in all of the participants
including the kids. Luckily enough they work in my daughters
school!</FONT></SPAN></DIV>

first<BR><BR></FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>I've always been a believer that OS is best done
by bringing all stakeholders together right away. The OS with the street
kids has given me a situation that for the first time makes me wonder if this
is always true. I'm referring to the teachers and wondering if we had
done an OS with just teachers first if it would have made a difference in both
their experience and the young people's experience.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>I'm curious how others see this. Is there
ever a time when you have found it useful to do an OS with a subgroup before
bringing the whole system together?</FONT></DIV>
