<P><FONT size=2>I'm doing a strategy session this afternoon for a group who have
developed something magical but don't know how to quantify or replicate it - a
very prescient project manager is paying my time to "play" with his team for a
couple hours to see if we can tease out some strands of the magic. It's a bit
like astrophotography - there's nothing there visible to the eye, but if you
leave the camera lens open for a couple hours, sometimes really neat stuff pops
out.</FONT></P></DIV>
