LisaHeftAccessQueen's help) so that I can attend the Goa conference. I've never
been to an OSonOS before.</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT size=2>Is there anybody on the list who I could send the proposal to
who could do the "ask" for me? Might you have ideas as to where I might make the
"ask"? Or maybe you know of people you could forward the letter to.</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT size=2>Altogether I am seeking $1570 US:</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2>Travel (Moscow-Goa roundtrip) $800</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2>Conference fee $150</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2>Accommodation $250</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2>Meals $170</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2>Miscellaneous expense (pocket money) $200</FONT></DIV>
