<DIV><BR><If have understood wel it is very similar to RTSC.<BR><And
again it is directive.<BR><BR><At least, sponsors know what they are

<DIV><FONT face=Arial color=#800080 size=2></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial color=#800080 size=2>it IS RTSC. And it IS more directive
than OS, ofcourse. On a scale for "Openess" between 0 and 100, OS maybe
range at 85, and a RTSC. Open Forum at 65. But, so what?</FONT></DIV><FONT
face=Arial color=#800080 size=2></FONT><FONT face=Arial color=#800080

<DIV><FONT face=Arial color=#800080 size=2></FONT><FONT face=Arial color=#800080
size=2></FONT><BR><FONT face=Arial color=#800080 size=2>In my opinion the task
IS NOT to keep it max. open at anytime (which sounds to me to be a little
orthodox), but to do what fits and what helps further most in that
moment.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial color=#800080 size=2>And to be true<FONT face=Arial
color=#800080 size=2></FONT><FONT face=Arial color=#800080 size=2></FONT><FONT
face=Arial color=#800080 size=2></FONT>, there is not much activity done by the
consultant, much less, than spending this time for opening the
Space.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial color=#800080 size=2></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial color=#800080 size=2>What makes an Open Forum
open?</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial color=#800080 size=2>1. People in the groups have an
intimate and safe frame to talk it all over and to select comments and questions
they have passion for, they have a speaker to make this public.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial color=#800080 size=2>2. People are completely out of
control what they talk and what they select to present. And they select usually
hard truths, believe me. </FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial color=#800080 size=2>3. There is a complete transparency
in the room what's on in the system at that moment. What kind of questions are
asked, what kind of answers are given, is it all credible. What's it all
about.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial color=#800080 size=2>4. Everybody gains this in 60 -
90 min of time.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial color=#800080 size=2></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial color=#800080 size=2>What can be an advantage by
using this setting?</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial color=#800080 size=2>To make Open Space work best, you
need volunteers with passion and responsiblility and a kind of chaos,
right? But what to do, if you have a crowd which feels well settled, with not
much passion for anything special? Can be rather boring. the other option is
to stir them up a little, to make them affected, to create tha chaos you
need for Open Space.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial color=#800080 size=2></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial color=#800080 size=2>That's why i sometimes use an Open
Forum before I go over to Open Space.</FONT></DIV>
