<DIV><SPAN class=443552423-18042004><FONT face=Arial size=2>In January, many of
you gave me advice on doing an Open Space for a small, intimate community that I
was part of. It went well and we created a covenant of who we are, which speaks
loudly to us. However, I must admit that those of you who "warned" me against
doing it myself as a community member spoke a lot of truth. It all worked
OK, and we are expected to take turns facilitating and providing inspiration-
but I must say that it was, in my assessment, my least successful OS
facilitation.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>

<DIV><SPAN class=443552423-18042004><FONT face=Arial size=2>Now I have been
invited to facilitate for an exciting event in the field of "education as
transformation". It is another example of healthy globalization. Those of you
who are interested in this vital dimension of education might want to check out
its web page found on the attached document. Also, they have made this event
extremely accessible financially- $480 for the week for everything (except
travel- and for that there could be help). I would appreciate your comments on
the event and how I could best introduce Open Space into the mix. But ALSO, IF
YOU NOW ANY FOLK WHO MIGHT BE INTERESTED IN BEING THERE FOR THIS WEEKLONG EVENT-
and especially some in the 15-26 year old range- please pass on this one
pager.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>
