<DIV><FONT size=2>Hi Mick</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2>I have successfully used OST with a number of groups of the
Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, and I know that others have used it
extensively in the Bank of Montreal - both here in Canada. On a number of
occasions, I have incorporated OST as the back end of an otherwise fairly
ordinary, regularly scheduled 3 day meeting [quarterly reviews, planning
off-sites]. Participatns and leaders have always acknowledged that their
expections were surpassed - they were surprised! </FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2>Has the overall bank culture and structure changed
significantly? - not much! However, in my view, every little bit of open space
helps - at least in the short term - and who knows what will emerge longer
term!</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2>Feel free to contact me directly if you want more
details.</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><SPAN class=179534000-14042004><FONT size=2>A friend of mine who has
attended an OS session I held last year is keen to use OS in-house. Her
challenge is that her employer is one of Australia's largest banks and the key
decision makers are said to be conservative. As such, they may not be
readily open to consider OS. Unfortunately, the section she works in is
underperforming and she believes that OS is the approach that will truly
contribute to finding the right solutions.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>
