To me too. I was not criticizing him; I was complimenting him.<br><br>
But also (as you have but understood) inviting him to comment on how

relates with the "whatever happens..."</blockquote><br>
the first thing I have to say is that I was operating on "my
edges" -- well beyond whatever rules or principles I could have
enunciated at the time. I didn't have a clue what would happen -- I only
knew that The Plan (priorities, action plans etc.) was hollow at best --
and probably counter-productive. We needed some more space, and that is
what I attempted to provide -- not as an intervention, as in <i>you
should do</i> -- but as an invitation to reflect. I did know that there
was plenty of time for Action Plans (all afternoon of the third day) if
people were really into that. But <b>choosing</b> to go there was
critical -- not just because that is what it said in the
"rules" but because folks really wanted to go there. It
certainly didn't feel like genius, but it did feel right.<br><br>
