<P>this is the third annual IAM conference regarding mentoring. Originally, we
had advertised that there would be an on-line conference using Open Space
On-line (tm) software on September 27th, immediately prior to the face to face
conference. With good advice from Gabi Ender, developer of the software, we have
chosen to move the on-line conference to a few months after the face to face
conference. This will allow the conference attendees to have a follow up
opportunity as well as others to join the discussions at that time.</P>
<P>We would appreciate your assistance in getting word out about the conference.
