I'm with Michael. I stopped using sticky dots or the voting methods long
ago. After reports, I would ask for volunteers to step forward and sign up
to champion topics and others to sign on for action teams. Convergence, prioritization
and batching always happened organically. After the recent thread on re-opening
the space for action planning, I've shifted to doing that - means I talk
less and group does more. --BJ<br>
