Would there be a chance for you and Dave and the group to debrief or discuss this again with the kids and offer them another chance to organize their own session? Could you offer to teach some kids about open space and then let them facilitate their own OS with you as "shadow consultant" to them? Then they would learn the process and there would be increased trust and they would be better off than when anyone started this.<BR>
