Question: Does anyone have a story they can share regarding the use of OST by a developer for<BR>

   1. Land use planning, or<BR>

   2. The Public Comment portion of an EIR (Environmental Impact Report)?<BR>

I am in discussions with a developer who would like to contact another developer that has used OST as part of their development planning process.<BR>
