<div>It can't do any damage to your system, as it affects files
related to the Windows system. One route of exposure includes
the use of microsoft word and excel files which could be opened on a
mac system using these programs. It would probably not do any
damage but could corrupt some files related to these programs (I'm
just speculating-but I wouldn't risk trying to open any of these
files). I don't know if it can propagate to other windows
computers from a mac using microsoft's email software (whose name I
have forgotten), but I would suggest any mac users to avoid all
microsoft email software. Use Eudora, it is free and a better
piece of software anyway. If you delete any attachments related
to this virus, you will have no worries. It's a good reason to
use a mac. most of these viruses and worms are aimed at
windows.</div>
