Chris for sharing the meta network address again. I had made a decision
not to get involved in the network because it seemed like one more thing to
think about, when I already was very pleased with the wisdom being shared on the
listserve. However this morning I reviewed all the material on the network
on convergence and found it very interesting and useful. For those of you who
have not looked at this material, I can strongly recommend it. Thanks to
