My friend and colleague Gayatri Lee is editor and publisher of a monthly magazine called <I>Spirit in the Smokies, </I>which has a readership of 30,000, mainly across North Carolina and the southeast U.S. The February issue of <I>Spirit</I> will focus on Open Space, and will include an interview with Harrison. Gayatri is seeking writers (from anywhere) who might wish to contribute to this issue. <I>Spirit</I> does not publish articles, but only "<FONT COLOR="#0000FF">First person stories of personal/psychological/spiritual transformation.</FONT>" Length: 500 to 1,000 words. Deadline: January 10. Gayatri also guides writers not to submit old work, but to create new work with the intention of accessing deeper personal learning.<BR>
