Last week, I held a one day public Open Space program on <b>Issues and
Opportunities in Creating a Culture of Service Excellence in Hong
Kong.</b> This program was jointly sponsored by the Facilitators
Forum in HK and Cathay Pacific Airways at their training centre at the HK
Airport (talk about a lot of space). We had 50+ participants from a range
of industry who talked through 18 topics. <br>
<br>
There were several wonderful surprises during the day:
<ul>
<li>Someone from England (who I think is on this listserve) passed on the
announcement to a colleague in HK who subsequently showed up.
<li>Four visitors from the US offered to do documentation and created a
website for the event which can be seen at:
<a href="http://www.creativeseeds.com/openspace">http://www.creativeseeds.com/openspace</a>.
<li>A little genko hitched a ride in my briefcase, and now has made a new
home at Cathay City.
</ul>It was truly a wonderful day, and I did listen to a little bit of
some of the discussion. Several people have suggested other topics
and we may see additional Open Space programs in the near future.<br>
