In this program we will use the process of Open Space to explore the
issues and opportunities in <b>Creating a Culture of Service Excellence
in Hong Kong. <br>
<br>
Creating a Culture of Service Excellence</b> is a challenge being faced
by many organizations in Hong Kong. Being in a “service economy”,
organizations have consciously worked on building service excellence into
their culture. What have been the practices that they have used? What has
been their experience? What is being called for in the future? How can
these lessons be applied in other organizations? <br>
<br>
We have invited people from a range of these companies and interested
colleagues to come together and share their practices and learnings. The
meeting will be created by the programme participants around questions
and topics that they have identified. <br>
</font><font color="#0000FF"><b><u>Open Space
Technology</font></b></u><font color="#000000"> is an innovative meeting
process that allows a group to self structure around an agenda which it
has created. It uses passion and responsibility to allow participants to
expand their perspectives and determine their commitment. Originally
developed by Harrison Owen, it is now utilized in a wide range of
corporate and governmental meetings. It is uniquely flexible allowing a
large group of people (30 –300) to interact effectively and develop
understanding.<br>
