EGROUPS has ended. Due to a small but crucial feature missing at present,
cross-listing doesn't work too well. The two lists have now been
de-linked. Please post only to LISTSERV in the future -- until everyone
decides it is worth their while to move to EGROUPS (I'm not going to bring up
