comments about Open Space Organization and Dee Hock are most helpful. I heartly 

agree from what I have heard of Dee Hocks foundation and work to date.  He 

believes he his working at the level of creating the principles and formal 

structure that can creat the conditions for a self-organizing system and I think 

there are some things to learn form the story.  However, he seems to be 

putting "the cart before the horse" as you say.  Structure (not 

process) is so seductive and ingrained in our thinking.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>
