<p>Right now for me, this listserv certainly works. It IS simple and spontaneous

- in the moment. I like those factors. And I find that synchronicity emerges

so very frequently.

<p>Just today, I forwarded an email (Cathy's message using what sounded

like a nice combination of Whole-Scale<sup>TM</sup> Change technique before

opening space) to a friend and potential client whose Board still clings

to the "expert" model of running conferences. She and I had discussed the

traditional session sponsored by her organization just days ago.

<p>I find so many priceless gems of wisdom - conceptual and practical -

here, because I can easily and quickly read and digest. Time constraints

would prohibit me from any more elaborate system. And when someone has

engaged my curiosity, I have written them off-line and learned what I wanted

and needed.

<p>I guess I am using lots of words to say, "I hope we leave it as it is."

Thanks again for asking a question that caused me to reflect on and reconfirm

the value of this listserv.
