<html>As someone fairly new to OS -- having now facilitated two -- I
would be interested in hearing how the more experienced practitioners
would talk about the differences between OS and Future Search. I have
participated in one such gathering and have read the 'manual' but have
had no training per se in that process. I can see, of course, some
of the structural differences in the two, but I'm more interested in how
outcomes vary, as a some foundational value differences.
