<div>The Learning in Open Space is 20 min. We did it 10 years ago and I think it still stands up. It introduces the idea of Open Space in the world along with two examples of doing an Open Space around the issue of learning in organizations. Presuming your folks are interested in learing, that might be the flic for them. The other video is from USWEST and shows real working folks hard at it trying to figure out what to do with their company.
