Hello community members,

My name is Tami Norris and I am a doctoral student in the OD & C program at Bowling Green State University in Ohio. I am a Vice President of a local non-profit who focuses on reversing the cycle of poverty. My role is centered on workforce development with an eye toward income stability.

As part of our Collaborative Change and Transformation class at BGSU I will be studying Open Space Technology this term. To be honest, I love the idea of getting individuals together in a group to bring forth ideas and work on problem solving. However, I am a little terrified of the no time-aligned agenda and the fact that the problems to be discussed are all generated from the participants. If you remember Dory in Nemo who kept getting lost I feel that could happen in these events, but I will "just keep swimming" and learn more and hope to utilize this in my career with our key stakeholders.

I would be excited to connect with someone on this group to conduct a short video interview to be completed sometime in the next 3 weeks or so. I would be especially be interested in talking to someone who works in poverty alleviation and diversion. Please respond if you would be willing to help this lost fish to learn about Open Space.
