[OSList] I just had an Idea: How About We Nominate Harrison Owen for the Nobel Peace Prize?

Hi Jeff, I am happy to contribute to a draft when it's ready. Not sure
about the logistical part of it,  but happy to use my title. As for the
academic institution,  it's beyond my control. George Mason University
Carter school have their own nominees. Lets all coordinate time to chat
about it all.
