Hi Open Space list friends,

Sandra Janoff, co-creator of Future Search, brings deep experience to the work of helping a system see itself and find a path forward. She’s hosting a seminar series in January that will undoubtedly be time well spent.

To this day, as I think about inviting, I draw on an insight from Sandra and Marv Weisbord, her Future Search partner, about how to think about who makes up the system in order to figure out who to involve: the people who ARE IN - with authority, resources, expertise, information, and need.
