[OSList] Remembering Chris

​I send love to all who are feeling from Chris' transition.

It is because of Chris that I am here with you and that I came "home" when
I discovered Open Space and the community of this listserve.

In 2002ish, I was working at a camp for self-discovery with Chris (I was
previously his son's teacher). He kept bringing me these printed pages of
emails about self organized learning environments. It was delicious and
matched so many of my own visions and dreams of what learning could
be/should be. I asked where the emails were coming from -- I wanted them to
show up in my inbox! Turns out it was this Open Space listserve.

I am profoundly grateful for that life changing introduction, for the
opportunity to host, work and play with someone who embodied this way of
living and believing in the wisdom of people so profoundly. Chris was
masterful at seeing the beauty and brilliance in others, and opening the
space for magic to happen.

Rolling with the tears, flooded with the profoundness of all he contributed
during his life...
