Learn to Open Space for Cross Pollination in Groups?
And here I keep thinking that
1) facilitators dont open space, sponsors do
2) facilitators introduce OST, humbly
3) if things go as they seem to always go, space and time expand a bit
for the force of selforganisation to do its stuff.
And, my experience, bumble bees do their pollination stuff between
groups as they flit around from group to group often strategically as is
the habit of bumble bees, there is nothing random about them... and
thats a predictable side effect of selforganisation.
Why should a facilitator get involved to bother about cross pollination
and how could she be if completely occupied with doing nothing to get
out of the way of the good old force, bless her.
Greetings from Berlin
