[OSList] help me find/remember a story?

hi all,

i'm trying to find/remember a story... something about UN, treaty, climate
or other big issue, delegates being sent to breakout rooms to work out
details, i'm thinking it wasn't a formal open space process, but something
that we all recognized as same.

did that story come through the list, or maybe the facebook group?  anybody
got a link or a clue?
