[OSList] The Question

Hi!

OST is way of re-opening the space. The space is always open, before people
arrive to the scene. When they arrive, they build the fences
<https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E_8EBn2PLHA>. Then the need to re-open the
space emerges as people feel bad behind the fences. Then the OST is
invented to fulfil this task.
