[OSList] Moving through open space! - Inquiry/request

well, i can say that is exactly why i refer to it that way.  it's common
for people to refer to open space as a "tool."  i frequently point out that
circle, bulletin board, etc are tools.  and open space is a skillful
*practice* that uses these tools.  another thing that practice connotes is
a kind of robustness and sufficiency, a completeness.  tools float around
in a box and have various uses, situations where they work or don't.
 practices can take many forms and generate results of varying sizes and
depths and so on.  practice fits the "minutes to learn, lifetime to master"
dimension as well.
