[OSList] List of Local OS-LISTs?

Dear Michael H.,

yes, the German language yahoo group is still running.
Presently, Jo Töpfer administers it.

Basicall, the group is running as before. It now has 258 members mostly 
in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
